How effectively are funds used?

A:

Approximately 80% of donations to CHI support our programs both locally right here in Sonoma County; and in-country programs that are jointly planned and developed with local program managers. About 10% of donations are used for fundraising purposes and less than 10% are used on administrative support.

All officers, board members, and volunteers of CHI are driven and determined to keep the commitments to supporters and to ensure the bulk of all donations are used to support the children we work for. As a result we analyze needs before we commit, aggressively raise funds, and closely measure results.
